My background
Hi there! I am a Root Cause Rebel and very passionate about health and helping you thru your wellness journey! I'm a Registered Dental Hygienist but my health took me down another path around 2019. I did not know it at that time, but was suffering severely with breast implant illness. I attributed all my symptoms to "it's just hormones" as I was approaching the most beautiful part of my life...menopause! I have lived in the more alternative lifestyle zone for 20+ years and have always been my own experiment but nothing could prepare me for the road I ended up on. I'm happy to say that I had my implants removed and I'm now on the 'other' side of menopause. I became a Cellcore Practitioner and Integrative Health Practitioner so that I can help others. I'm currently working on my IHP Level 2 certification, which will allow me to help you with functional lab testing. Test! Test! Test! I want to share all the things I have learned along the way as it's not a one-size fits all kinda journey! I am committed to identifying and resolving the foundational imbalances behind why you're feeling the way you do.
